The space

A delightful one bedroom ground floor apartment, with sea views and wifi, situated in the popular village of Oroklini, a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus.

The property is located in a well maintained complex overlooking the communal pool.

The interior is well equipped to make your holiday enjoyable, including two sofas, one is a bed settee so that up to four guests can stay, the lounge/kitchen is modern and comfortable . One of the best features of our apartment is the large private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Oroklini is a charming and picturesque village located to the east of Larnaca and is a popular destination for tourists looking for a more authentic and peaceful experience of Cyprus. The property is conveniently located just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are plenty of traditional tavernas, historical churches and houses to explore in the area where you can sample delicious Cypriot cuisine and soak up the local culture. The local beach is 5 Mins drive. The village is also surrounded by beautiful natural attractions such as the Oroklini Hills and Oroklini Salt Lake where visitors can enjoy hiking and biking in the hills or bird-watching at the lake.
The vibrant city of Larnaca is just 15 minutes drive away, and there are plenty of other nearby attractions to explore, including the historic capital city of Nicosia and the stunning Troodos Mountains.

Oroklini is a friendly village that offers a wide range of amenities such as bakeries and kiosks that are open 24/7 as well as supermarket, banks and pharmacy and some great bars, restaurants and traditional taverns for an evening out.

The village also has a church, Prophet Elias chapel which is located on top of the mountain surrounding the village. You can either trek or drive all the way up to the top of the mountain and it is well worth a visit for the amazing view of the sea, the fields and the silhouette of Larnaca town in the distance.

A few minutes away with car you will find Dhekelia Road which has kilometers of Blue Flag beaches offering everything from a truly relaxing day in the sun to more adventurous watersports.

You will also find a wide choice of restaurants, taverns, bars and cafes along this coastal road with something to suit every taste, from Chinese and Mexican restaurants to the popular tavern Vlachos where you can enjoy traditional Cypriot cuisine such as meze.
