Ασχολούμαστε με κάθε στοιχείο που περιλαμβάνει, αλλά όχι εξαντλητικό:
> Μηνιαίοι έλεγχοι ακινήτων.
> Διαχείριση μηνιαίων/εβδομαδιαίων πληρωμών ενοικίου διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη πληρωμή του ενοικίου.
> Αντιμετώπιση τυχόν προβλημάτων πληρωμής που ενδέχεται να προκύψουν, ώστε να καταστεί δυνατή η λήψη νομικών μέτρων εάν είναι απαραίτητο.
> Αντιμετώπιση τυχόν ζητημάτων ενοικιαστών και απορίας που μπορεί να προκύψουν.
> Συντήρηση ακινήτου για να διασφαλιστεί ότι το ακίνητο διατηρείται σε τάξη κατά τη διάρκεια της μίσθωσης.
> Τακτοποίηση αναφορών διακοπών για να ενεργοποιηθεί η κατάθεση και η επιστροφή κατάθεσης.

Our services include but are not exhaustive of:
Once your tenant has been secured we then take over the property management.
We deal with:
1. All communication with the Landlord and the tenant ensuring a professional relationship is kept at all times.
2. Monthly Rental Inspections are undertaken so any signs of potential problems can be monitored and dealt with accordingly.
3. All maintenance issues come to us so we can communicate with both tenant and landlord and arrange the necessary contractors.
4. Monthly Rental payments can be collected in cash, or paid into the bank, this aspeof the management is one of the most vital as late or no payment of rent is not acceptable. We have a very tight protocol we follow which allows for very few excuses!
5. We deal with the end of tenancy vacation inspection, arranging a cleaner and any deposit deductions - once the landlord is happy the deposit is returned.
Consultancy Services
Maybe you have an ongoing tenant issue that you need advice with? We also work on a consultancy basis with Landlords to advise them of the steps we can take to move forward with the existing matter. We are here and ready to help.
New Property Incentive for PROPERTY OWNERS or INVESTORS
If you are a property owner I will offer for 2 months 1/2 price management fee OR if you know of someone who has a property/properties on the island/London and the contract is signed I will pay a finders fee as a Thank You for the referral. I have a Cypriot colleague who is based in London so together we cover both Cyprus and UK. I also have contacts and colleagues in Israel and Lebanon so if you are based in a different country but your property is in Cyprus – this is not a problem to us!
